A delightful, chewable sausage handmade from the finest English pork, with supporting flavours of aromatic herbs, salt and pepper and a tiny sparkle of chilli heat in the finish.

High-Welfare British Pork cured with Sea Salt, Hot Paprika, Sugar, Garlic, Aromatic Spices and Preservatives (Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite).

Are you a vindaloo person? Then you’re going to love the whack of heat our new Hellfire Sticks offer. We’ve added two other chilli sources to dial up the temperature and while it’s not incendiary it will get your attention.
Who knew that such wondrous venison was available in the South Of England? But our hunter friends keep bringing us fresh venison and we keep making our Deer Sticks to offer them sustenance in the lonely forest vigils they need to find their prey.
In these difficult times it’s the small indulgences that make a large difference. Hence Truffle Sticks. The earthy flourish of French Truffle Oils and Italian Truffle pieces conspire to make this a truffle experience you will not regret.
Ian’s a farmer. He farms mostly sheep and a few ill-tempered geese. But it’s his lambs from the salty marshes not too far from Romney that make our lamb sing. That and the Moroccan-inspired preserved lemons which take the edge from the lamb and make it sweet and delicious.
Moons Green is headquartered on one of the great Beef Farms in the Kentish Weald. So it’s no surprise that our Beef Sticks are full of British beefy flavour. Not forgetting the moment when the chilli spark kicks in about eight seconds after you thought it was safe.
