We’re a small company based on a farm in Kent, but we have spread far and wide across the country and we may already be right under your noses in one of the many farm shops, delis or independent grocers that we are proud to supply.
You’ll also find us on the table of many great restaurants and behind the bar at some of favourite pubs.

Everything we make is available online and this will always be the place to find the entire range which includes eight varieties of beer sticks, a dozen or so saucisson, seasonal specials and our air-dried hams including a prosciutto crudo to rival Parma.
