Air-Dried Pork Loin

Add a bottle of Charles Palmer Classic Cuvée 2017. This Sussex wine brings flavours of honey, fig. Richly mineral with a long lemon sherbet finish. This wine is a 30% blend of Pinot Noir and 70% of Chardonnay grapes grown just a few miles away from Moons Green. It has spent 5 years on the lees to develop its supple, richness and is a fabulous pairing with air-dried hams and herbaceous saucisson. Add a bottle for £40 in the drop down selection.
