Moons Green Pocket Sausage Prize Draw
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
The promoter is Moons Green Charcuterie Limited, company number 07453992, whose registered office is at Owley Farm, Acton Lane, Wittersham, Kent, England TN30 7HL (“Moons Green”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Moons Green employees, contractors and their immediate family members may enter, provided that they take no part in administering the prize draw, validating entries or selecting the winner.
Moons Green may require the winner to provide reasonable evidence of their age, identity and UK residence before awarding the prize.
No purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.
3. Prize Draw Period
The prize draw opens at 10.00 am BST on Monday 24 August 2026.
The prize draw closes at 11.59 pm BST on Sunday 13 September 2026.
Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the prize draw period:
follow @moonsgreencharcuterie on Instagram;
like the official Moons Green Pocket Sausage prize draw post; and
tag one other genuine Instagram account in a comment on that post.
All three requirements must be satisfied for an entry to be eligible.
Entries made through Facebook, by email, through the Moons Green website or on any Instagram post other than the official prize draw post will not be accepted.
Entrants may share the competition post to their Instagram Stories, but sharing is optional, is not a condition of entry and does not increase an entrant’s chance of winning.
5. Number of Entries
Only one entry per person and per Instagram account will be accepted.
Additional comments, likes, tags or Story shares will not create additional entries.
Entries submitted through multiple, automated, false or third-party accounts may be disqualified.
6. Valid Entries
Moons Green reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries that:
do not comply with these terms and conditions or the published entry instructions;
are incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise manipulated;
use a false identity or an account that does not belong to the entrant;
contain offensive, defamatory, unlawful or misleading content; or
are submitted by someone involved in administering the prize draw or selecting the winner.
Moons Green will determine entry eligibility reasonably and in accordance with these terms.
7. Prize
There is one prize.
The prize is a mixed Moons Green Pocket Sausage bundle comprising:
four five-stick Beer Stick packs;
four 35g Beer Bullet bags; and
four 35g Mini Morsel bags.
The prize has a total retail value of £48.20 as at the opening date and may be described as a mixed Pocket Sausage bundle worth nearly £50.
The selection of available flavours will be made by Moons Green.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If any item becomes unavailable for reasons outside Moons Green’s reasonable control, Moons Green may substitute an item of equal or greater value without reducing the overall value of the prize.
8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday 14 September 2026.
The winner will be selected by an independent person or under the supervision of an independent person. Alternatively, Moons Green may use a computer process capable of producing and evidencing a verifiably random result.
Moons Green will retain an appropriate record of the eligible-entry list, the selection method and the result.
Anyone who has entered the prize draw will not be permitted to administer or supervise the winner-selection process.
9. Winner Notification and Acceptance
The winner will be contacted by direct message from @moonsgreencharcuterie on Tuesday 15 September 2026.
Moons Green will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The winner must respond within 48 hours of the first direct message and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
No payment or financial information will be required to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot provide the required information, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, Moons Green reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner using the same random process.
10. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered free of charge to one valid United Kingdom address supplied by the winner.
Moons Green will aim to dispatch the prize promptly and, in any event, within 30 days after the winner has accepted the prize and provided the required delivery information.
The winner should read the ingredients, allergen information and storage instructions supplied with each product before consumption.
11. Winner Announcement
Moons Green intends to announce that a valid award has taken place through its September newsletter and social media on Friday 18 September 2026.
The winner’s Instagram username and, where obtained, surname and county may be published or made available for this purpose.
The winner may object to the publication of this information, or ask Moons Green to reduce the information published, by contacting info@moonsgreen.co.uk. Moons Green may nevertheless provide the winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to demonstrate that the prize was validly awarded.
12. Personal Information
Personal information obtained in connection with the prize draw will be used only to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize, demonstrate that a valid award took place and meet any related legal or regulatory obligations.
Entry into the prize draw does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Entrants will receive marketing only where they have separately consented to it.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy published on the Moons Green website.
13. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the administration of the promotion or the provision of the prize and release Instagram from responsibility in connection with the promotion.
Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms and policies.
14. Administration and Changes
Moons Green will conduct the prize draw fairly, under proper supervision and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Moons Green reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where this becomes necessary because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. It will not make changes that unfairly disadvantage anyone who has already entered.
Moons Green’s decisions concerning eligibility and administration are final, subject to applicable law and the requirements of the CAP Code.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the prize draw, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
